Membrane level controls are suitable for controlling the minimum and maximum level in silos or hoppers containing materials in powder or granules such as: rice, cereals, plastics, coffee, sand, etc. Operation is due to the pressure exerted by the product on the rubber membrane which activates an internal microswitch whose trigger sensitivity can be adjusted according to the material to be controlled and the pressure it exerts on the membrane according to its specific weight. Variations in humidity and temperature do not compromise good operation, and the membrane is also resistant to shocks and vibrations.
